This game has one of the most epic art styles that has ever been presented in games. Sadly the texture quality doesn't raise to recent standards (or the standards at the time of release) but that doesn't in any way reduce the awe-inspiring work the art department has done for this game. Everything you come across is pure opulence, everything looks badass - like in the first game, but now even more. The initial ride to the dark fortress pretty much describes what you will experience most of the time in this game. Want to access a floating castle carried by two gigantic flying snakes? Use the snakes as road to ride your horse to your destination! This game makes you feel very small, but thanks to the God of War like game mechanics not all that powerless. Many complained about the random loot mechanic, but that's the way with this system, the more powerful your equipment becomes, the less probable it is to find better gear. The DLC item sets didn't cater to this system as they provide you with very powerful eqipment available mostly from the very start. The world you can explore is vast and after some time the story got me like "oh, the end of the game is near". Then the game said "no, now is the time the tutorial is over" and the real show began. Recommended to everyone that likes awesomeness. That probably is everyone.
