seemed relativley simple when i first picked it up but how creative you can be with the combinations of perks and moves you can get is really fun and adds a reason to keep coming back.
Fallout three is a pretty good game with a decent story and decent combat. It's not nearly as perfect as Vegas but its got its moments, its goofy, and its a fun game you can get multiple playthroughs out of if you can stand the random crashes.
