Not the exact type of game for me... I'm not a huge fan of the "chill and relaxing" games, like Abzu and Journey. I played them, and enjoyed them, but not to the extent some (most, I feel like) people liked them. Anyway, the game is good, the graphics are great, and the music is a success as it really completes the atmosphere. However, the gameplay was too minimalist for me, and the "rock bugs" were clearly my ennemies. I got stuck in collision too many times (and had to jump to try and reset myself). Also, the camera (and I, once) got stuck at out of bouds at some points, which was really annoying. The collectibles were too numerous in my opinion, but, at least, the game tells you in which chapter they are located. A lot of negatives, but, overall, a good game. I'm just not the real target audience for this game.

This would have been a truly a fantastic experience, if this game was not held back by its... gameplay elements. The game has stellar voice acting, a fabulous art direction and really great writing (but more on that later). But, the movement is clunky, the fighting is boring and bugged (the hitboxes), the level-up system is just alright and the equipements are uninteresting, as most weapons can do the same as the others, with no real uniqueness. Alos, some story elements make no sense (especially the love interest). Finally, I'd recommend to "play" the game on the narrative mode, to skip all the unfun part.

Cute little game playing as frog climbing mountains. The mountains are spread around the map, and you can choose which moutain to climb. It's like a mini open-world. The game feels way more nervous when playing with keyboard and mouse, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, especially with the time trials. The story is simple and the game didn't need anything else. I liked how the graphics looked in certain cutscenes, to underline the difference between the city and the "countryside". The achievements bugged and I didn't get most of them... Hopefully it's only an issue with me, and not general with GoG.

The gameplay is overall solid, despite some quacks (especially when aiming to drain/execute enemies). But there is too much of this game, and too much of too many small quacks adds up to an okay experience. And after all that there is endgame/epilogue which is an endless grind... An okay game to rush through, a nightmare for people that want to do all the side content, and hell for completionists.

This game lets you ride the waves while defeating the pollution for about 5 hours, which does not feel too long nor too short. The movement feels very nice, especially the surfing on the water. The grapple's range is way too big, but it makes sense as this game was firstly a Stadia exclusive. The combat is easy but more complexity isn't needed. Overall, a good game (wishing I could put 3.5 instead of 3, but 4 isn't accurate) but not worth 30€ in my opinion (it's often on discount ;) )

I've got mixed feeling regarding this one. I can feel the love being poured into this game by the team behind it. The graphics were exceptional, and I love PowerWash Simulator, so this should have been a good game for me. Yet, its story alone is enough to make me feel like I spent a bad time playing. The main character is insufferable and her "redemption arc" didn't work, mainly because this is a 4 hours long game. Besides that, no technical issues to report besides one section (the Garden's elevator) that was laggy. The gameplay was solid. The localization (subtitles only) had some mistakes in it :/

Smushi is a cute and cozy 3d platformer in which we control Smushi, a little mushroom taken away from its home and trying to go back. The game is very cute, the controls are great and the game feels nice to play overall. The music and sound effects are simple but neat. There was to be an issue with my version of the game, where the some of the (free and included) DLC's texts were missing, a bit of a shame but the dialogs were not impacted, so no big deal.

Spongebob accidentally broke the fabric of reality ! A good reason to let us go through multiple cheerful environments. The graphics are great, very colorful and very well done. Each level brings with it a new mechanic and a new type of ennemy to defeat. This and how different the environments are, help to make each level feel fresh. I didn't really notice the music at all, so I can't say if it's any good. I wouldn't say it is as good as the first one, but maybe I'm biased. For a fun, charming and quick-ish experience, I would recommend this game; but only on sale.

If you like walking simulator, you're in for a great experience. The story was really compelling and you're plunged directly into it, with enough mystery to directly feel intrigued. With its two factions" and how they are depicted, this game reminded me of "South Of The Circle", another great game in the same genre. Finally, the graphics are good, even though the game seemed to not like being installed on a HDD.

First of all, this game is good! From the start page you can already see all the options and all the customization the game allows, with a lot of them being QoL. The game is beautiful and has good musics. The animations are solid (and can be sped up!!). It is different from the pocket monster games, from the hidden stats that are not hidden in this game (and also are improvable) to the different types and elements in it. This allows Coromon to feel fresh and unique in its own way. However, I do not like some of these differences. For example, the wildlife battles were multiple enemies spawn (up to three when I stopped), and you only send one Coromon in battle. This is part of a core problem I have with this game, it's difficulty. I ran away from pretty much no battles, having my Coromons being quite overleved, and yet I felt like I was struggling. Maybe this game expects me to grind, but it's not my cup of tea. And I am too much of a hoarder to spend all my resources (health and energy recovery items) in the first fifth of the game. Also, I felt like the game's "dungeons" (the cave and the tower on the island to be precise (without spoiling)) were way too long. I'm abandoning this game, as I don't like it enough to go on with it. However, for all the monster tamers fans out here, I would recommend trying this game out.
