Who on Earth thinks it is OK to have DLC before a game is even released? Is there a legitimate reason for this not being a part of the base game on release already? Not even Electronic Arts are this overtly scummy.
Only just came to know that the game requires Galaxy to run co-op even over a local network. Anyone that cares about DRM or the health of the industry should shun this like the plague.

The game is visually interesting, but beyond that it is just a run-of-the-mill FPS used as a pop-culture agitprop with few saving graces.

A whole year, and the game has not meaningfully improved aside from bugfixes. It presents itself as some kind of "final" or "enhanced" edition, but there's really no extra, meaningful content here.
This game is unfinished garbage, and not in the nu-gaming sense of "everything is released unfinished". It goes well beyond that and into the realm of the literally unplayable. It is full of game-breaking bugs and issues, with multiplayer being practically useless. Stay clear.
