Before we start... create an empty file called huniepop_uncensored_patch.game inside the installation folder to get the uncensored version (it will change only the last pictures, nothing else). This is actually a fun game and sexy too... fun because the puzzle is actually a lot of fun, sexy because the girl interactions are really fun too.
The more you play it the more fun it is. Multiple playthrough will feel like a different experience and be even more fun than the first one. That's how good the narrative in this game is. There is no combat system, it's all based on narrative and trying to get a positive/negative result based on dice roll.
I got and played this game years ago in the mac app store for like 1€ (it was probably an error sale, still I was able to get it and play it). Drm took it away from me (the mac port don't exist anymore) and from konami I got Metal Gear 5 on steam (a denuvo game that I had to play on a windows installation that I had to format to get rid of denuvo) and from apple I got a 10€ credit for itunes but not this game. Now I can finally buy it drm-free... and 12€ is an ok price for me to pay for a game that I already know I enjoy and want to play again (I got it yesterday and it's fun like I remember it... every time my Raiden die the doctor screaming "RAIDEEN" cracks me up). It's just pure fun, adrenaline and music that change based on the boss fight stage. I love it. The cutscene are cheesy and really stupid but that's the beaty of this game. Just get it and have some mindless fun
I just wanted to say that while Saikoroshi is amazing and Hirukowashi is a fun joke story, Batsukoishi is even more fun... if you are not too sensitive about sexual jokes (however very innocent) towards animated girls (therefore not real) it is worth playing. I just had so much fun with it... it is a pervert fantasy sugarcoated with a lot of jokes, nothing too extreme, just fun.
This is my review on itch, I will post it here too because this great game deserve it: 30-04-2022 I finished this amazing game today. I loved it... for the most part. There are 3 different kind of game in Summer in Mara: 1. Manage your island (this is awesome, lot of things to do in a day, lot's to build, you can decide what you want to upgrade to make your life easier for the most part (of course there are some items that you need to build)). 2. Discover the world as an explorer with your boat (this is the best part. I loved every island of Mara). 3. Fetch quests with awesome characters (this is the weak spot of Summer in Mara... you do meet a lot of great characters and that's good, but they also only ask you to go to do things for them (collect stuff for the most part)). I still think this game deserve 9/10, the awesome music and artstyle, the really great animated shorts, every good part of this game deserve a 10 so the bad part is really a minor thing (as it also push you to explore more and the game does reward you for exploring). I'm glad I played it and I will suggest this to all my friends.
No drm, no ingame creation club menu, no log in, everything is included in the offline installer (the anniversary dlc that include a lot of mods from the creation club is a simple installer, really good way to avoid stupid drm and extra download). I think the only mod that you should add is: SSE Display Tweaks only if you got a display that goes over 60 Hz. Skyrim is capped to 60fps without that mod. SSE Display Tweaks was updated to support Skyrim gog a few days after release, both SKSE and Address library for SKSE were updated for the gog Skyrim before release so the support for mods (while right now is not 100%) it's really good too. You don't even need galaxy for any of the feature of the game. Best release on gog, just get it, it's worth the price.
