The game has so many detrimental mechanics with zero workarounds (such as a super high chance of random accidents and trust loss even if you are optimal in every sector, plus the inability to make your ships navigate around weather events, plus the extremely fast degradation of the ship's hull constantly eating 100% of your alloy production) that it is an absolute slog to play. Overall it's a workable game, but in a field as saturated as it is, the very basics of QoL (you can't even transfer resources between sectors without a needlessly complicated spreadsheet menu) would have been expected. You will be constantly reloading because you WILL softlock yourself the moment you delete one building, because the trust spiral and/or hull spiral will go down far faster than you can counteract it. It's not the worst I've ever played, but the lack of any consideration for the player (and the bugs, like everything suddenly not pathing until i redo one road tile or some nonsense) makes it difficult for me to call this average, so I give it two stars.
