This is one of Origin's finest games from the 90's. Step into the cockpit of a top of the line F16 and fly along the mercenary flight squadron Wildcats as they undertake various contracts, including the protection of food and supplies to starving civilians in a civil war torn Africa and more. Inbetween the missions, you will be able to talk to the crew about the current situation, you can also later in the game buy new missiles for the planes. The game is best played with a joystick, which is what a lot of gamers used back in the 80's and 90's for flight games, as it can be quite tricky getting used to the controls. But once you get the hang of it, you will be flying like a true ace and shoot down enemy planes from the sky like it's nothing.

Even though the game has the reputation of being the worst game ever, it has its fair share of fun moments. The enviroments are quite nice and different kinds of weapons and enemies spice things up. Although the AI of your partners are rather lacking and it can lead to them getting stuck at a point that eventually kills them and you will be forced to restart or reload a save file as it is impossible to progress any further without them.

The legendary Witcher known as Geralt is back and now he finds himself in the middle of a war that threatens to tear the lands apart. Someone is assinating the kings on each side for some unknown purpose and Geralt must figure who it is and stop them. With lots of memorable characters, a complex fighting system with two types of swords and an alchemy system that allows you to make potions that have benefits but also cons that you must think about if you need to use a certain type of potion. A must buy for anyone who loved the first game and wants to step into the world of The Witcher once again.

Of all the spy games to be ever released in the history of gaming, Spycraft is without a doubt the most realistic for its time. You will have to not only decode documents that have been encoded, but also use forensics in order to find a sniper, go through enemy territory while avoiding getting killed and making some tough choices in regards to the fate of certain characters and even nations. It certainly helped that former CIA director William Colby, who tragically passed away in a canoe accident two months after the game was released, and former major general of the KGB Oleg Kalugin showed the developers how the CIA and KGB did their espionage during the Cold War. And the FMV actors aren't bad either, which only lends to building up a believable atmosphere in the game.

This is one of Bullfrog's finest games from the DOS era, no doubt about it. You are put in charge of several different hospitals in the single player mode where you encounter more and more bizarre illnesses as well as odd patients. You have to plan very carefully with how you build the different treatment and diagnosis rooms as you're only given a certain number of funds for each level, that also have different goals for how many patients you need to cure, how much you earn and so on. Another thing you must be careful with is that the doctors, nurses and other people you hire will need to every now and then take a break, this can lead to quite long lines forming outside a treatment room and it is best to put out plenty of benches for the patients to sit on. You also gotta watch out so you don't hire a doctor or nurse who's really bad at their work and kill more patients then they cure, they don't demand that much in wages but it is generally better to hire the more skilled ones instead of the cheap and bad ones. All in all, this is a really wonderful management game that people can enjoy for its silly sense of humor and later challenging levels.
