This is one of the best city building games I've ever played. I play it every summer, because it has that unexplainable warm atmosphere, that gets you every time you see the intro movie. It has intuitive controls, very approachable learning curve, yet it's challenging in the later stages plus it looks gorgeous even now, more than 10 years after it's release. Oh, and don't forget the soundtrack with very catchy "egyptian" tunes, that will stick in your mind for a very long time. This version comes with Cleopatra expansion, which adds roughly 20 hours of gameplay to the endless fun of the original, for just 10 bucks, this is simply a bargain.
Do you remember the times, when games were on floppy discs, everytime you finished your installation, some strange sounds came from your case and games were very much funnier, than now? Of course you don't. Everyone, who games up to this day nearly forgot about this. But you need to refresh your memories fi you want to enjoy a game like TeenAgent these days. The game is archaic in its very best meaning, but not for everyone. Graphics - bad. Storyline - bad. Sounds - are you kidding me? But give it a try and you will love it. Or hate it. See for yourself.
Do you remember games like Broken Sword, Monkey Island 3 or Discworld? Well, if Jack Orlando was developed by LucasArts or Sierra, it should be named among them. It has an unique atmosphere (just look at the images), which you cannot experience in any other classic adventure game, really classy story about a lone private eye and for just six dollars it should be yours right about now.
