Fun game with tight duels with intuitive card mechanics Shogun, Shogun Showdown Prologue is an exciting and addictive game that will keep players engaged for hours! my best wishes to the developers, the use of cards with different weapons and abilities grants a fun fast paced combat but with strategy on the core, the pixel art is superb can't wait for the full release, please try this hidden gem
i bought the game trough steam sadly i din't saw the title on GOG at the time but nevertheless, Currently playing Conglomerate 451 a Cyberpunk dungeon crawler with management squad mechanics only 1 hour in is pretty good the characters abilities for hacking and implants weapons etc are quite neat, cool aesthetics, sadly at least on this first level not many interactions. it has some stores too on levels not secondary missions yet, i would recommend a try, the music is fine and SFX are pretty nice but i wanted a more mechanical approach like the sounds of real guns
One aspect of the game that stood out to me is the design of the characters. The character models and animations are very well-done and have a unique art style that is both beautiful and dark. Additionally, the characters themselves are all unique and have their own personalities and backstories, which make them more relatable than generic, one-dimensional characters found in other games. they have this fanservice style too that will delight the moe connoisseurs Voice acting also adds to the character's personalities, with each character having a distinct voice and way of speaking. The characters also often have their own unique dialogue depending on the situation they are in, which makes the world feel more alive and gives players a better understanding of the characters they are interacting with. Overall, the characters of "Vambrace: Cold Soul" are a highlight of the game and add a level of depth and immersion that is often missing from other games. They are all well-designed and have distinct personalities that players will enjoy interacting with throughout the game.
The player takes on the role of Lamb and must explore different areas, collect resources, defeat enemies and grow their cult to become more powerful. i found great that the game also includes a morality system, which allows the player to choose whether to be a benevolent leader or a malevolent cult leader.also the cult management is a nice touch and slow the pace of so many roguelike action, the story is cool too. The game's combat system is also very enjoyable. The player can use their own attacks to defeat enemies, and as their cult grows, they can recruit more followers to fight alongside them. The combat is fast-paced and satisfying, and the player is given a variety of weapons to choose from, including melee and ranged weapons. the game's artstyle and aesthetics are very charming, making it an overall enjoyable experience. that cute and dark theme style is great the general color pallete is strong. Unfortunately, the game can also be quite repetitive at times, as one will often be doing similar tasks over and over again. The game's performance is also not the best, with many players encountering frame rate issues and occasional bugs that can hinder their gameplay. its a must-play for anyone who enjoys action-adventure games or management simulators. While the game is not without its flaws, it is still a great experience overall, and players are sure to have a blast building their own cult in a world full of secrets and dangers.
