Managed to get this running with minimal tweaking on a modern system, runs smoothly and hits that nostalgia spot just right. If anything it runs better given my old disk version suffered memory leak whereas this one happily takes everything i could throw at it.
With a little help from Google and Copilot I managed to get this game running on a modern PC. It was a little fiddly, took about 15-20 minutes, but now it plays smoothly just like it did back when I had the Disk and a really old PC. Plays similar to some of the Elder Scrolls games and really takes me back to some of the old open world style RPGs. Glory awaits!!
