Ok, most of the game is hunting down the dots you can see on your map and generally wandering around rocky forest scenery - interpersed with some lame combat with not scary enemies. Though they are annoying enemies that seem to hit you when you they shouldn't, you miss them when you should have hit and the so called "novel stealth" mechanics are just bullshit! You have no stats, attributes or levelling up of your character. So yeah, it is very "lightweight" and quite repetitive, but there's still a story in there and it's free.
It's just a demo version! Of course it doesn't say it in the title - which is somewhat misleading IMO. I wasn't impressed by it anyway so I won't be buying the full version of my experience with it.
Not only is it Steam style meaningless trash, it's a complete lie as well. This game is EXCREMENT! The graphics are disgusting to look at, levels are confuddling mazes, there is no map, movement feels awful, combat feels awful, sounds and music are awful. Hang on - what music? Lol. Standard keys are HORRIBLE, even remapped to a more usual WSAD system you'll still struggle. The UI is one of the worst I've seen ever. 3DO had a hand in this? Must have been the same team behind Might and Magic IX! Requiem REALLY IS MoM9 BAD!

As for the game, yes, it is very good for it's age....... but I am having problems on 2020s era hardware in that it starts lagging, MASSIVELY, once it's been running for quarter of an hour. Quitting and reloading cures it sure - but it's a real pain. No point in submitting a ticket - all GOG "Support" ever say these days is "GOG GALAXY! GOG GALAXY! GOG GALAXY! GOG GALAXY"! Useless dumb fucks!

"dgdrauq7" - GET BACK TO STEAM with you one word trash reviews. RETARD! All part of this strange plague this past two months of such trash reviews. The game isn't my thing either. Good job I caught it when free. It's basically "Hitman" except you are a "goblin thief". HORRENDOUS difficulty and awkward gameplay spoil all fun. Unless you like that kind of masochistic shit. I was frustrated beyond my limit even on the first tutorial "reach the back of the building" mission. Of course that's my opinion - and you may find you love it.
Especially for free...... but it is a bit of DLC trap - ok, nowhere near as bad as some games, and each DLC though low priced (except the "Supporter Pack" which is a rip-off IMO) do not add a lot to the base game. You need to get all of them to fill the game out. Gameplay is basically "Darkest Dungeons" or "Iratus Lord of the Dead" in style. But why are your units SO WEAK in comparison to the "human heroes"? Even on easy difficulty they are three times as strong unit for unit! And hey "vernethrax"..... learn to spell "LERNING" before you add your bit to this trash/spam review attack of recent weeks...... RETARD. Get back to Steam along with the other 1000 or so of your buddies all writing these trash reviews.
