YUCK!

You HAVE to be a ginger, everything looks awful, Gary Coleman looks like He had a lovechild with Todd Bridges... WACHU TALKIN' BOUT?!? Controls are wonky at best, trying to use a controller to shoot the enemies with is a JOKE! I went dirrectly into the sewer pipe, then under a dam I guess? It was FULL of Osama bin laden clones, they literally ALL looked exactly the same, & stood there lifeless until I got within about 20 feet of them, then backpeddaling with the nightstick I stole from a COP, versus their knuckle dusters, shovels, fists, etc. & SPAMming fire made very short work of them all... yes there was like 2 waves of 4 girls that ran after Me, but this is seriously the game so many "gamers" like so much?!? Those gamers must be the typically legally tardtarded (under 70 I.Q.), immature, maladjusted, childish guys who think Cartoon network originals are AWESOME! (They aren't, they ruined Thunderats forever)... unzip, & pee on things?!? Yeah this game is made for ridiculous manchild like geniuses... I'd give it -10 stars if I could, it was free, & I feel ripped off!

Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition

AWESOMENESS!

I was gonna get this on a consoIe back when it came out, then it got lost in this list of "I'll get around to it" games... I mean at the time I probably already owned 200 video games, anyhow I got this here when this sale started, & it's pretty awesome. The controls are NOT like True crime, Driver, Yakusa, GTA, etc. HOWEVER once You get used to the controls, it plays more like a 3D brawler, or fighting game would. So no run N gun GTA style yet, but it's definately a joy to play, once You get past the learning curve. I played the Yakusa games on PS-Now, & when they were the free PS+ games, & hated them all, this is what those game SHOULD have been... I was worried when I saw Square-Unix (Their' games are ALL terrible, except the recent, proper, FF7 remake), but after playing it, I think they just pulished it, & United Front games actually made the game. Runs great, looks great, no crashes (for Me), controls like buttering toast, sounds awesome, & if Your' rig can handle it, crank the population density to max, it makes way, Way, WAY more life around the city then any other sandbox game ever made, & it's pretty darn neat-o burrito. Minus 1 star for no editing Your' character in any way (I like to make them look at least a LITTLE bit like Me), but overall this game is "cool beans" GREAT!

Total Overdose: A Gunslinger's Tale in Mexico

Lackluster at best!

This game was AMDE for Playstation-2, & original Xbox, yet is has NO CONTEOLLER SUPPORT with either CO's joysticks?!? WTAF The graphics are Caca, The music is muey Caca, the game maxed on all graphical settings doesn't even look as good as the store pictures, the screen scaling is so messed up it actually altered the GOG Galaxy UI, & I couldn't get the mouse to click on ANY icons... thankfully this went away with a GOG reboot. The game WOULD have been great on PS-2, but My idea of fun isn't getting a stiff/sore back hunching over My Keyboard/mouse like Golum trying to clean out His' belly button for hours on end! So at $1.49 this game is BARELY worth it, real gamers use controllers, & yes even the really good PC ones do too, so short of having to use some 3rd party app to remap mouse/KB to the controller (something Steam has built in for EVERY game, too bad they don't have this game), I doubt I'll play this much.

Carmageddon: Max Damage

100% F-U-N!

Oh boo who, Us' hack using, claim to be modders (mods are hacks!), malicious troll comunity kids didn't get Our' Linux version of the game waaaaaaaaaaaah! There's ONLY two types of Linux users: #1 the government, & #2 kids who hack the crud out of everything, troll others, & use their' Linux,+ hacks as a way to hide/protect themselves from being hacked by their' victims. STOP CRYING! ANYHOW this is by far the best Death Race 200, erm Carmagedon game... it has all the maps/levels Us older players know, & love, it has great graphics (yes there's tire tread blood trails if You weren't gaming on'a potato on lowest settings, as one crybaby claimed there weren't in His' unjuctly negative review), sound, controls VERY well, & even though some'a the bots will often get "unfair" hits on You, You can always repair, or restart... as for the reviewer who CLAIMED the game crashes every time He tries to repair... My game has never once crashed, You should reinstal, or get a better P.C. that isn't Window's-7 (what the crybaby Linux users use to hack when they HAVE to use Windows)... The game is just plain fun, & if You get bored in multiplayer, maybe You shold try making some friends to play with while voice chatting... I've enever been bored playing this, online, nor off. NOPE there's no Linux version, & nope no real gamer could care elss about that, AND it's not always the game developers choice to NOT have a Linux version of their' game, why do You kids think MOST games do NOT support Linux?!? because it was designed to be as secure as possible for military computers, NOT to play hacked up (modded) games on, in 3rd world countries, using dialup, & a proxy, THEN complaining about netlag!

Call of Juarez: Gunslinger

BEST COJ game by far!

I own this on Steam, so IDK if GOG has proper controller support, but with a dualshock-4/pro this game is seriously one'a the best first person shooter games out there... on Steam We can compete for times/scores on leaderboards with Our' friends, if GOG has this function too it adds to the replay value... My ONLY complaint with this game is having to run around the levels to find ammo for Your' weapons, or just sticking to handguns, & picking up ammo from the dead bodies during speedruns are VERY different experiences, & frankly I "ENJOY" good video games, & part of that enjoyment for Me is NOT rushing through speed runs, so I guess it depends on the player, but either way is doable. The controls, sound, graphics, etc. are awesome (MUCH better then the other two call of juarez games), & it runs slick as snot on'a mediokre to good gaming rig maxed out. So ignore the kids negative reviews, they OBVIOUSLY aren't shooter game fans, or need to "git gud" (sorry I had to say it).

Street Racing Syndicate

AWESOMENESS!

First of all SNowslinger the girls get way, Way, WAY hotter as You unlock more, & all but one of them has 2 more videos to unlock wearing less clothing then the previous... You're just mad because You couldn't finish the points challenge to unlock the one girl that HAS to be unlocked before the 4 hottest girls. Tila "Tequila" Nguyen (Back when She was HOT, & skinny) is one of those girls... You gotta remember this was made BEFORE Need for speed underground (Yes it was, & don't argue!) at a time when games like BMXXX were coming out on the TV game systems (consoles), with full nudity in videos of strippers, & the ability to make Your' character topless with nothing else on except panties, You don't have to aprove, nor like it for it to be fun, funny, interesting, or atractive. I agree though the videos are in too low of resolution, but they made this for Playstation-2 which used a DVD format at the time, & couldn't fit much on'a disc. The music during the girlfriend videos is AWFUL! Likewise the game music is insufferable to barely passable, I suggest turning it off. As for gameplay it's EXACTLY like EA copied after seeing it at E3 for Underground-1 (which ran way worse on consoles then this did/does) The very day We bought NFS U2 We trade one in because it ran terrible, especially in splitscreen. Everything about this game is better on P.C., even the lighting, it runs, controls, and sounds as smooth as hot butter, & seriously if You cannot enjoy this the very first real tuner street racing game, then You're broken... I'd give it 9 stars if I could!

Red Faction

Awesome...

If You liked the retro movie "Total Recall" (, or the newer redux that's not as good), then You will most likely enjoy the story of this game, as it was made to be that movie's game, but they lost the rights before it released, and had to change a few things... it's typical FPS fare for the time, looks, and controls well enough, but was literally the first game of it's genre to have destructable environments, as in blowing holes through walls, or even floors to get to new areas, rooms, or secrets, & this is used a lot in the story mode, but in multiplayer is where this shines... I used to blast holes into the walls with rockets making staircases to camping spots, then climb to them, & snipe, or just wait for friends, bots, or people online to come try to get the ________ (insert things people want in the game like rockets, or big armor), My hole was above. IDK if the multiplayer works here on GOGlike it used to on PC, but this game can be loads of fun with friends, or strangers alike!

Tyrian 2000

Nope...

It was FREE, & yet I feel gyped out'a the time I spent downloading, installing, & playing it... Controller response is terrible considering I'm using a monster gaming rig that's less then a year old, the graphics are bad, in any rez, AND the worst part is it's geared towards being "unfun", what do I mean by that? I mean the design of the ships size, speed, movement, & projectiles they shoot at You, coupled with Our' slow movement speed means You're gonna take hits, & feel cheated most'a the time it happens if You play A LOT of top scrolling games like this (as I have since they were the 1942's etc. in the arcades in the 80's)... You will watch Your' "shield" slowly be pecked away by CHEAP unavoidable hits, & if You're a fan of the genre, or just plain smart, You'll rage quit, & uninstall before Your' 1st death. There's about 1,000 better games in the genre, no doubt some are even on GOG too.
