Bugs, bugs and another bugs. Quest bugs so very noticable. Would be 60/100 if it shipped without them. Classic Larian style of game. -Frontloaded with good content and second half is rushed and buggy. (Minsc is basicaly there just to be there.) -You hit level cap too soon. -Very easy combat. -Inventory managment - terrible, exacerbated by junk items -Party Managment - terrible, you need to talk to change members, this exacerbates Inventory Managment when you need to get something from NPC who is not in party. You cannot level NPCs who are not in party. - Cannot say much about music as it is very hard to notice when it plays, like it was made not to interfere with voice chat in Co-op, even main theme is kinda weak, especialy when compared to other CRPGs. If I jump twice in quick succesion rest of the party jumps only once, so I have to get them over 1 by 1. This is very annoying. Jump should be automatic if character can jump over. That pressing jump creates some power surge, which just delays the time it takes to jump is cherry on top.
Great, but again as Excess, it is short. It will have part 2. It ends in cliffhanger. Otherwise great low-level, low-power short campaing, where you build as in PnP. 15 stat point buy. They added scripted enviromental means of attacking and you can stealth your way in.
It is worth with 9.3 price for Season Pass, but not as picking it as sole 13 USD/Euro DLC for how short it is. And that is my biggest gripe. Next is that we do not see much of Axis at all. And that would be all. It is great for making max level builds. If there would be 4.5 star rating I would give it that.
Great game, but. BIG BUT + So many classes, archetypes, races, feats... The character building is 95/100. + Classic Isometric RPG + Good options. Difficulty, Auto-pause + Act 4 city is just great /Neutral/It uses Patfinder 1E. RTwP+TB mode. It looks prettier and more flashier, but I liked cartoonish art of Kingmaker more. -Writing is kinda bad, it is interesting, but the way dialoges were written is not immersive. Most companions talk like they are modern teenagers. not born of medival fantasy land where demons are just around the corner. -Bugs, so many bugs with classes. It is way better than Kingmaker and it has way less quest and story bugs, but with added classes they introduced new bugs with them. -At the end you just want to quickly go through "act 6" to the end.
