I have a surface book 2 with a nvidia 1060 GPU. Despite, limiting the FPS in the game options and through the Nvidia control panel (limited to 30 FPS) and turning off or lowering all the graphic options. Within a minute of playing, the fan is going harder than any other games i play on here and is so loud that other people in the room complain. part of the thrill of replaying these old games for me is to finally play them with all the settings maxed.... pretty disappointing that I can't even play it at the same quality as I could on my old clunker of a laptop back in the day.
