Thronebreaker has a similar level of storytelling as the witcher 3, The main narrative swaps the father - daughter search from the witcher 3 into a mother - son conflict which allows for some fun takes on similar ideas. Thronebreaker has a ton of fun puzzles, engaging characters, a whole slew of witchery morally grey roleplay choices, and I hope to see a continuation of the witcher tales, although I fear that may be too high a hope with the amount of time passed since Thronebreaker released. The only outright failure of this game seems to be that CDPR didn't market it well.

Best "Mod" I've ever played. One of the best games I've ever played. Enderal may not be everyone's cup of tea, but if you are looking for a game with satisfying gameplay customisation, well-written characters or a world that just makes you want to explore those pretty environments just a bit further, you're in the right place here. Story is pretty linear, but it is used for the strenghts of linear gameplay, and it is rewarding to investigate beyond it's basic scope.
