Wolfenstein: The New Order

Uninspired boss fight

Well, most boring boss fight (Observer or what it's called) one could imagine. Features the whole 101 of "How to make a boss fight boring." Killed every fun of the otherwise great game, and made me quit and uninstall the whole game.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Complete Edition

One of the best games

Well, at this point there is nothing more to say, except - one of the best I have ever played.

Cyberpunk 2077

One of the best games I've ever played

Well, there's not much to say anymore. One of the best games I have ever played. I finished it, I plan to play it again. And again. Thank you for all the fun!

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition

One of the best (with mods)

Well, it's common knowledge now - one of the best games. Especially with all the work of all those great modders out there. Playing with 100+ mods and vortex. Perfect! Sunk so many hours in it's ridiculous.

Necromunda: Hired Gun

Chaotic, unplayable and unfair mess

Clearly the developers never ever played a videogame, especially not this chaotic mess here. The game itself is solid. Graphics, sounds, mechanics, aesthetics. But it's way too hard - endlessly spawning enemies, no powerful weapons, confusing interface. And there is no sprint button. The character walks fast and has this sliding move, but in a game with humongous areas with dozens enemies spawning (like in Generatorum level) it's just absolutely no fun. One is getting his bottom kicked, even on Easy difficulty - you feel like playing against bouncing Godlike-tier bots like in Unreal Tournament. This game could be fun, but the developers tried to make it NOT fun. Wasted potential, wasted time, wasted money.

SpaceBourne 2

No. Just no. One of the worst games.

One of the worst games I've ever tried to play. You need about four keyboards to set up all the actions (meaning it's absolutely bloated). There is no option for mouse sensitivity. Controls are stiff, very cumbersome, character moves like a tank, clips through stuff. Graphics on "Epic" look worse than any game of the late 90s, the whole game seems extremely outdated. I tried to play it, but it was absolutely no fun. Bored voice actors, the font so small you need binoculars, interface is non-intuitive and overloaded. And even for the first mission there are several topics on Steam how to even do the very first objective in the mission (Finding the Mining Station). Because the interface and presentation is so bad you have absolutely no clue what the heck is going on. No. Just ... no. Best would be to delete the source code and start from scratch.

Tomb Raider GOTY

Solid and fun!

Well, there was probably already everything said about this game, but here goes anyways! :) I am glad this game to PC (easier aiming with mouse/keyboard) and I have to say I had a lot of fun playing this game. I especially like how Lara becomes stronger and stronger, gets new equipment and such. Controls are great, weapons are neat and have great feedback when hitting something. Since this game is often on sale - get it, you won't regret it!

Metro: Last Light Redux

Could be one of the best games

Well, again. Satisfying gunplay, awesome atmosphere, extremely satisfying stealth mechanic / head shots, UI, graphics, sounds and stuff. Hands down a 10/10. With a few tweaks this game would absolutely destroy Fallout 4 and become one of my most favorite games ever. But those absolute terrible railshooter sections (AGAIN! as in 2033) and the fact that Artyom is so stupid he gets only cought so the story can progress (AGAIN as in 2033!) is boring as hell. Those cutscenes when he falls into water or opens a door is so annoying and breaks every immersion. And why not let the player play stealth when he wants to? The game ended for me in the horrible swamp level. There is absolutely no indication where to go (compass gone because of the suit), and only a ending supply of filters. I didn't even try a second time, as you get forced to blast your way through in the showdown, so no stealthy funplay here =(

Metro 2033 Redux

5/5, with one flaw that makes it a 1/5

Combat, graphics, sound, story - everthing great. I would have finished the game with pleasure and rate it a 5/5, wouldn't it be for those horrendous, way too hard railshooter-levels. I tried it too often and finally gave up because I couldn't finish it. Why can't I just clear a level my own way / with stealth? That's just boring level design and brings absolutely nothing to the game. That's really frustrating, because otherwise that game is a solidt 5/5.

Chains of Fury

Is this some kind of bad joke?

In the main menu, one can't click "Settings". After clicking "New game", chosing the difficulty just does... nothing. I had to Alt+F4 the game to be able to quit it. And don't annoy me with compatiblity things - I play all kinds of games on Steam, GOG, Gamepass, old and new, no problems. Never ever had I such a nonsense to deal with.
