This is one of the classic Star Wars game that did it right. Faithful to the lore (of course, it was a LA game), and a lot of fun. They truly did everything to make you feel like Jango Fett, down to even letting you use the scanner on his helmet to check NPCs for bounties and his jet pack. For as old as this game is, the graphics and gameplay still hold up well. It's yet another truly immersive Star Wars experience from the studio that never should have been shut down. It is an obvious purchase for any SW fan, but also for anyone that loves 3rd person action adventure games. It has many hours of fun to offer. Obviously being 20 years old and a console exclusive there is some level of jank, but nothing compared to a lot of the modern slop they are releasing. There is nothing that will prevent you from having as much fun with this as anyone did that played it 20 years ago. It is a true classic and I highly recommend it.
Current build is 25521 (May 2020), the GOG version is 24839 (May 2019). This additional patch the other platform received means you cant play mods unless you find the older versions. The patch GOG did not receive was to prepare for a DLC, but I dont know if it was released here or not. They put it here and abandoned it, treating GOG customers as 2nd class. They took our money, but then failed to deliver the updates and leave it on here with no disclaimer. Im not trying to convince you to buy it on the other platform, just warn you of the practices of the dev. I personally wouldve bought this a long time ago if not for this, but Ive seen too many devs do this and I will not support them. They should either get it up to date on all platforms, or remove it from here when they decided not to support it here despite continuing to develop the game.
