I have it on my old CDs and it runs well on Win 7 with some tweaks. Many modding sites out there, now using Hi-res graphics. Would love to support GOG and the DRM-free movement, but will probably buy when on offer.
This game is pre-Fury 3 which itself was pre-Msoft Hellbender. $5.99 is too much for this...I'd gladly pay it for Hellbender though.
I had problems configuring the game under Win 7 x64. Some of the options would not stick unless applied in a certain order and selecting many options caused the game to lock up. I get the feeling that GOG.com have dropped the ball on bugginess, compatibility and quality control in a rush to grow faster. If I had not bought at the 60% discount, I would be asking for a refund. I'll install under XP (kept on my main PC for cases such as this) and see if the behaviour is better, For example, setting the game to the native resolution of my monitor resulted in the game displaying in a square, about 1/6 the size of my monitor with full screen selected.
Plays and looks like a modern game, but without the Jerk-o-Vision! Cheers DrTeeth
