For all its faults, NWN is unique: one of the very first games with an easy to use toolset, a deep roleplaying experience and Persistent World Multiplayer in role-playing. This re-release makes it run on modern systems, and it features several, with more coming, engine upgrades, and more modding properties. More story content will come in the future. Recommended if you like RPGs a bit old school with lots of text to read and D&D combat.
One of the best buys I ever did, the very 1st one that made me subscribe to GOG.com. Even if the Enhanced edition comes out, I won't regret this!
