Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition

Generally solid old game.

The game mechanic is pretty solid, but the combat flow can be improved, as some routines are really repetitive, especially if you're playing as character who can cast spells.

The Witcher: Enhanced Edition

Quirk Game

This game is quite quirk, at least in my eyes. Pro: Multy-choice quests Dice game Simple gore Con: Quirky and sometimes bad combat system (also lack some depth in character building) Model reused too many times

Planescape: Torment: Enhanced Edition

Masterpiece with a Flawed Combat System

Planescape: Torment is an enthralling game boasting an impressive wealth of well-written dialogues and immersive storylines. Its intriguing settings and captivating narrative make it a truly unique gaming experience. Unfortunately, the game's combat system is a notable drawback, as it constitutes a significant portion of the gameplay. The lack of depth in the combat mechanics and the underwhelming character building are disappointing, especially when compared to other D&D-based games such as Baldur's Gate 1 and Neverwinter Nights 1. Planescape: Torment's combat system simply falls short of the high standards set by its contemporaries. Despite this drawback, the game remains enjoyable, thanks to its engrossing story and elaborate world-building. If you can overlook its shortcomings in combat, Planescape: Torment is a game well worth your time and attention.

Vampire®: The Masquerade - Bloodlines™

Great settings, but with huge flaw

This game has great concept and intriging settings. No one can deny that. The first two chapter are great. And the first comversation in game is really amazing. But just after the first 2 chapter, the quality of content is dropping. And the side quest become like typical videogame errand quests. Though the dialogue and personnage are still not bad. BUT, the terrible combat system killed the game. I simply can't stand the combat anymore. There're no depth in the combat. It simply feels bad. The melee and gun fight are -10/10. If the impressive first two chapter is still enough for me to endure the -10/10 combat system, yet then the dropping quality of content since the 3rd chapter doesn't worth all these anymore. Besides, there're always some combat in the main quest, I just can't avoid it. Also, there're bugs. I've been blocked by passengers two times. And at the middle of the 4th chapter, the phone call that introduce the next main quest never come. I've tried relaunch the game but it doesn't work. I'm fed up with all these. Even worse, as an Chinese, I feel kind of insulted by the stereotype asian faces and funny Chinese accent in the 4th chapter. Therefore, I can only give a two star for the game.

Cyberpunk 2077

I'm running out of patience...

Well, about the game, I've purchased it in advance, and really looked forward to it. In 10th December, when I sat there waiting for release I could feel adrenaline rush through my body. And it turned out to be a descent game. Also, thankfully that I'm so lucky and encountered no much bugs. Whatever, the game itself isn't that bad. It's descend, I'd say, but one thing is sure that it is definitely not the one that meets my expectations. Thank the firmament, I have not watched any Nightcity Wire before I played the game, so I'm not that disappointed. So end of chit-chatting, where's my DLC? Where's our DLC? You've pormised us again, and once again, you failed. That's it. If in the rest of this year you still cann't release a DLC. You'll be busted forever. One more thing, I don't think I want to buy anything in GOG anymore. If is not the Withcer, who would even visit gog.com? I wish you good luck...
