This was my first souls-like and i highly enjoyed it, compared to others in this genre (from what i saw when others played) this is definitly not as hard, it gives a good challange here and there, but nothing too difficultt. Finished it in 19 and a half hours, so not too long nor too short. There isn't a huge variety of amors or weapons. Lots of secrets, hidden nook and cranies. But for someone like me its a great introduction souls game, it was fun.
I frikkin loved it, in the beginning it might be a bit slow, but then it picks up and sucks you right in. A unique and great story that makes you want to know more as you progress foward in the game, sprinkled with some groovy synthwave music and smooth controls, with a variety of moves and enemies. Not too easy but not too hard either, a well balanced game. Had a blast, hope they continue it!
The music is not as good as in SR1, but everything else is top notch. If you have ze spectral realm shif bug and run in one place and the surroundings don't change etc. turn off V sync in game and enable it through Nvidia control panel. For random crash or freeze, set the affinity to CPU 0. Atleast thats what worked for me (win7), hope it helps.
A really cool and unique RTS, beautiful visuals nice music, cool story. The campaign doesn't have a difficulty setting , however it gets harder as you progress in the missions (since less then 10% people completed HMR1 and less then 5% in HMR2 lol). Happy with the purchase!
If Diablo and Skyrim had a baby, much better than what i expected. Encourages you to explore the whole map be it for new quest-loot. Great music, sometimes theres a sound bug when you kill something or swap an item out but a quick exit-launch fixes it. If the music gets stuck quickly hit Esc or the game will freeze and the whole computer will be terribly slow and its a pain in the butt to close the game (atleast for me, it only happened 1 time). Voice acting is good, humor good, story good..........good.
There isn't much i could write that others haven't already. Yes its more of an action game rather a typical TR game, and when it first came out in 2013 i was pretty mad and hostile towards it. But it came to GOG and i was like why not, lets see. And i have to say i enjoyed it very much, i had a blast. The only bug i encountered is not all achievements register even though you do it.
It's night and day compared to SF1, better music better visual better combat. Has a much better pace, faster more engaging and it actually feels like an rts. The only bug i encountered is when in cinematic dialog the characters are not in frame and left in when VA made a mistake and restart the sentence which is funny.
Got it when it was free, didn't know what to expect, but it suprised me i really enjoyed it. Around 15hr of gameplay (while trying to find all the secrets, only got 93%). Basiclly your goal is to find your friend from the first game (which i bought soon afterwards, because i really liked it). To do so you need to gather minerals for upgrades, than gather more for more upgrades rinse and repeat. Sounds repetative but they made it really fun with hidden secrets and different biomes to explore. There are alot of smaller enemies, but only 2 bosses. Over all highly recommend!
I'm very satisfied with the game, this is the kind of TR game i expect a.....well.. a TR game should be. Beautiful music, eerie atmosphere and enviroment sounds when exploring, smooth controll. great visual. Crawling, solving, figuring out, sprinkled with some action, i feel they did justice with this TR1 remake (didn't play the original). The only negativity i can say is the story near the end feels sped up and rushed, thats it. Very happy, 100% recommend!
The only way i can describe this game is charming. Im not a point and click kind of dude, but i honestly enjoyed this little adventure. A really chill relax game with some humor sprinkled with some feels, where you need to use your brain-logic and pay attention to detials. PS: If you double click in a direction then you can run.
