Citizen Sleeper

Soul Soothing

I wasn't quite sure what I had signed up for when I first started playing. It's seemed like such a crude gameplay loop. Sometimes simplicity is all that is required. The calming music, the characters and storylines, the mystery of it all. I have really enjoyed this game, and I think I will always remember it. To the developers of this game....thank you the journey.

A Plague Tale: Innocence

Short but Sweet

A very enjoyable game. Approximately 15 hours of sneaking around, problem solving in medieval France. Loved the setting, loved the visuals, loved the storyline. I didn't pay full price, but considering what I paid for it - it was very good value. Definitely one to pick up when it is on offer.

Crying Suns

A Diverting Sci-Fi Experience

I am a fan of Dune / Foundation series and the books of Isaac Asimov, so I appreciated the winks in the story writing to those roots. The combat, exploration and rogue-like element to the game are all fun as well. I liked to different ships and combat strategies and how in a single play through you were able to try out all of the different ships. It is a fun game, doesn't take very long to complete and is definitely worth it if you are a sci-fi fan.

System Shock® 2 (1999)

Surprisingly Playable

This game was made in 1999, but it is incredibly playable and enjoyable. It really has stood the test of time. Obviously the graphics are dated - but the gameplay is strangely compelling. For the best experience try to do it without any online guidance. However, I did cheat a little bit. OSA for the win!

Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun

Challenging and Wonderful!

Shadow Tactics is fantastic: - Beautiful level design and artwork depicting Japan during the Edo period - Great tactical combat - Huge variety of ways that the levels can be completed. - Badge system for making the game more challenging (like speeding running levels, no killing). - Slow during the critical thinking phase, but then the moves have to be executed pretty flawlessly - Storyline is great - Graphics and audio is great. I recommend you play with Japanese character voices supported with your native language subtitles. There are 13 levels in the game, and on my first run through I was averaging 1.5 hours per level. So you are getting a fantastic 30 hour experience. I hope you also will enjoy Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun!
