This game is ruined by constantly crashing on my Computer.
I played the game for about 2,5h until I was thrown out by another crash, after which the game then decided that it would not want to read any of the savefiles.
For this short time of playing it, I have sent more error reports, than unlocked actual progressions in the game.
Asking for a refund, I do not want to bother with a poorly running game.
Very nice little game if you happen to like medieval style building management games. Very easy to manage and you can shape your village to your heart's content
Would be 5 star if it was polished
But currently novices in monasteries bug out and are not going to work in their monastery buildigns :(
Also whenever you get a message that someone couldn't reach their destination you can move there with your camera, but the window with the message is on top of what your trying to see - when you close it there is no marker pointing to where exactly the problem occurs. I waited until the full release of the game yet it still feels unpolished :-(
I just started playing it and had a pretty good village going!
But I found a CTD bug: If you abandon a quest, but the quest expires at the same time that you are abandoning it, it causes the program to CTD.
The game is good. The gameplay concept it has is just fabulous. The problem is that the game is not that polished (in fact, its very, VERY raw) and lots of gameplay mechanics are not developed enough to call them genius. A lot of work was done, but even more is yet to be, if the developers want to make the Foundation successful. I am refunding the game after 5 hours of gameplay, but I will gladly buy it again if it becomes a title as solid as SimCity4.
The game is a raw, a very raw gem, which is yet to be polished. If you want to support the development of the game - go for it. Buy the game. You will certainly like the concept and the developers honest enough to develop the game until it's really done, and not leave in half-baked state like it happened to Gnomoria.
If you don't really want to play a raw game with not that much content to play with - just wishlist the game and wait for it's full release. Im pretty sure it will become a solid game with huge potential.
