Great Game! But.
The game provides you with such an incredibly immersive experience. Atmospheric and relaxing sounds, and fantastic surreal worlds. BUT it`s just too short :( I mean 3-4 hours of playing and that's it.

Unique concept executed poorly
The idea is there, and it's really nice. The problems arise with how the level difficulty and design changes way too rigidly with the new abilities you get as another review had stated here, and the story and dialogue segments just slow everything down with no ability to skip them and keep playing. There should have been a way to scale up the edge of a platform that you just barely land on to save some frustration. I think a level designer would be nice too.

I thought this game's story was about young man sexually abused by his uncle...but I got something much more better to experience.

Maybe the worst game of its genre
This game is a perfect demonstration of how not to make a platformer. The controls, the collisions, the overall feel, the precision - they all feel off. You will die hundreds, thousands of times (which is okay in general because checkpoints are very frequent) while most of the time thinking "why did he slide off? I was standing on solid ground?", "Why did I fall, I grabbed the rock?", "How could I miss that, the crosshair even lit up?!", "Why didn't he jump, I released the button in time?!" and so on and so on. Compared to other platformers where you see your mistake and know how to correct it, this game has to be learned pretty hard because you have to get used to do it "wrong", to jump too early to press buttons at awkward timings etc. Yes, you can learn it. Yes, checkpoints are frequent and fair. But no, of the whole game feels glitchy, unresponsive and therefore unfair, you have failed at crating a platformer. I have sunk a few hours into this game because people told me I need to "get the hang of it", so I completede the game and even got a few of the "no death" achievements. And now, after some hours and a lot of getting used to the game I can say: Yes - it IS completely broken, unfun and really, really bad. It just feels wrong, even after completing it. Avaoid at all costs. Truly one of the worst games of it's kind. I was hoping for updates to fix the broken controls and systems, but unfortunately this game remains broken and unfun.

A Story NEEDS a STORY
Hi, First review here so bear with me. The graphics are top notch in todays 3D realm as opposed to the 2D days of DOS/C-64 etc, and I mention this because the two sides of technology are related ONLY by a GOOD STORY. A good story is essential to ANY successful venture for the makers or adventure for players, sadly IMHO this lacks a STORY, just commentary with graphics albeit GREAT graphics and to myself the motion gives me motion sickness so I can only play in in spurts. Anyone remember Half-Life 2 and how it gave you the spins. This is no way as bad BUT does give myself the spins, then again so does a ferris wheel at times ;) During the "down times" whilst my equilibrium re-calibrates I keep looking for a manual which i not in the downloads and the walk through's I find online are all videos which kinda supports that there really isn't a STORY just a Gee-Wiz what graphics showcase. So bottom line for ANY venture/adventure is sit down, and write a story that would compel a stand alone novelette/short story into wanting to flesh it out into a video telling of said story.
