Perfect
Having played the original years ago I was happy to see a version available for my current PC. The game is exactly as I remember it. Although the it doesn't contain the full in game music straight away, one of the forum posts gave information to add them. Other than that I had no problems so 5 stars.

A classic
If you enjoy a hard platformer you'll enjoy rayman, whilst it gets insanely difficult it's worth persevering for the soundtrack and graphics alone.

Excellent and Creative Platformer
Fun graphics, great level design, creative game mechanics... we owe Rayman a debt of gratitude for elevating the standards for platforming games. I still enjoy playing this game today & it makes the more recent 2D installments in the Rayman franchise feel richer and full of history. P.S. the recent games (Origin & Legends) are also phenomenal.

Still runs like a dream!
Playing on Windows 11 and it's still smooth as butter. Just like when I was a kid!

Tough as nails but beautiful
This game is extremely difficult and unfair, in the way that only true old school classics can be. One has to be prepared to die dozens of times to beat this game. But it is also so very creative, truly a piece of art - the music is great, the sprites look great, animations are great.
