Disappointment for Divinity and RTS fans
The RTS portion is completely deficient of any polish or balance. You will wear down your LMB spamming fireballs to compensate for the UI not giving you reasonable control of your forces. The AI can out-produce you regardless of the strategic map state so don't think you can just get clever deploying your forces. The character dialogue between missions is charming, but beyond that the story connection to the franchise is fairly weak so don't feel like you'll be missing something by skipping this title. Despite attempting the crash fixes I found I could not overcome the technical problems and was unable to progress the story beyond a certain point.

Great RTS GAME w/active combat system!
Great RTS game difficult at times on hardest difficulty settings its ridiculous. Your choices have significant impact on the the upgrades for your troops, diplomacy options are a bit underwhelming but you can see the changes developing inside the story which is cool for an RTS style game. I absolutely love the being able to command your troops and or become the dragon during combat its amazing and I wish there were more studos that pressed for this type of combat systems in RTS games add's alot of depth to the overall playability and fun of the game! Great game overall check it out!

Clearly a winner!
I never liked strategy games much, but I did enjoy this one a lot! Especially for the story and the transformatio. :D Clearly recomended from my side.

Epic, funny and fun!
The game works fineon my PC and I'm having a blast! Already on my second playthrough, eager to try all the dialogue options and storylines! The most fun, however, lies in the multiplayer. Even though I've been blasted to smithereens ('cuz I fail dragon skills forever), I always have a good time with my friends who also picked it up. The story is epic, the dialogues are often witty and humorous and the gameplay is addicting as hell (not to the Civ games degree but still), especially in multiplayer. Definately a must-play if you like your games to be fun and engaging>
