Belevorn: No matter where I install the game when I try to launch it, it seems that GalaxyUpdater.exe is installed on Users/xxxx/Appdata/Local/Temp and automatically gives an error stating that Windows have no access to the file. Tried to run the file directly from the folder with admin rights, but nothing.
Hi Belevorn! We are aware of this issue - this is a bug in the launcher. We have an
issue in our bug database for it. Could you post your Windows version there, and tell us if you have any antivirus or similar software running? Thanks!
precipitate8: A concern I have is that I installed the game on my k: drive and the client installed on c: (os drive) which I typically reserve only for the os. Just don't like things not being where I thought I put them.
This is just temporary - you will be able to choose the client installation location, but for the Beta we don't have that yet. Sorry for the inconveniance.
