KiNgBrAdLeY7: And what impact do they have in the game?
1) AI disabled
2) Node graph out of date... Rebuilding
They must be a basic patch thing, i never remember getting them in vanilla game... What exactly are those two, i get it from time to time. Some places i see only one of them, in others both... I have seen them most commonly in Santa Monica tatoo parlor and Sabbat Warehouse, among others.
Also, is it normal that they appear in "Legacy" game version, too? GoG said it was vanilla...
This is not a problem at all. Only downside is 1-2 sec. game freeze when the Source engine generates *.ain file for the map (on the first map load). In general: 1) AI disabled
2) Node graph out of date... Rebuilding

- AIN file is about AI connected to movement around the map (it's like navigation map for NPCs)
- AIN files are automatically generated by the game
- If there is no existing AIN file specific to that map, or if it was generated for an older version of that map, the AIN file is generated by the game
You can get more info here if you need it:

The game should have a proper AIN file for every map file to avoid this process but probably some AIN files are missing and some others do not correspond to a current "versions" of maps and therefore the game builds/rebuilds AIN files for some maps on first load.
There is no 'sm_apartment_1b' map so this file is redundant.
