And what impact do they have in the game?

1) AI disabled
2) Node graph out of date... Rebuilding

They must be a basic patch thing, i never remember getting them in vanilla game... What exactly are those two, i get it from time to time. Some places i see only one of them, in others both... I have seen them most commonly in Santa Monica tatoo parlor and Sabbat Warehouse, among others.

Also, is it normal that they appear in "Legacy" game version, too? GoG said it was vanilla...

The have no impact at all and are only shown when the graph file for a map is missing. Please post here where this happens, then I can fix this for the next patch version!
Thank you very much Wasp for all you hard work on this game. I loved Bloodlines when it first came out - but it could be a hit and miss experience at times with all the bugs it came out with. Still, I loved it. (I still have the hard copy manual and the CD of music from the best buy version.)

Installed it last week after buying through gog, that includes your basic patch already installed. It is better than I remembered - especially the ghost hotel level. This is easily one of the top 5 RPGs I have ever played and it is great to play it the way it was supposed to run.

Thanks!

As i already wrote just above, i saw it happen mostly to tatoo parlor and sabbat warehouse. Not always there, but with high frequency. Also, i get them randomly in other areas. Rarely, but they display from time to time. Upon entering a place after the loading.

Strange, that shouldn't be possible. These files are generated only once and should never appear again! If you see them frequently something is wrong...
I see those messages too.
When you enter a new area, you see the loading screen (black background with white text) and when the new map comes, those lines appear.

I saw them quite a lot, but I am not sure if they are always there.

I have the gog version (1.2 and 9.5 basic) without any other mod or changing any files.
I have windows7 and the game is not installed in the default order (not drive C).

I did not have any crashes (the game runs good), but I faced several bugs.
Can you please test if there are files with the extension .ain in the Unofficial_Patch/maps/graphs folder and if they are of the same date or newer than the .bsp files of the same name. Also if this is true for the vampire folder...

There are many .ain files in the path you suggested. But i can see no .bsp ones, at least in the same folder. The other files (other than ain ones) are .loc.

.Bsp files are in the vampire folder.

But as far as i can see, not all of them have the same date, the different extensions of files but with the same name.

For example the sm_bailbonds, the ain file found in unofficial patch path has different date than the bsp one, found in the vampire path.

But there should be a bsp file in the UP maps folder too, that fits to the date of the ain file. If there isn't this could be the cause of the problem!

You 're right. As far as i can see, there is no bsp file in unofficial patch path.

And now that i progress even further, i got that message again in bishop vick's area, when entering it.

This is wrong then. The ain files should be near the bsp files! I need to install the GOG version myself to check it out...

.ain files are in .\Unofficial_Patch\maps\graphs\
.bsp files are in .\Unofficial_Patch\maps\

there is no corresponding .bsp file for 'sm_apartment_1b.ain'

This is okay then, weird...
Still, i got those messages both together upon entering Hollywood (just when taxi arrived) and inside Cemetery, but only the "out of date" one, there...

Can you check if the files in your version are like Thiev described?
