It was a "stable release" (as per GOG Team post in "overview not working" thread) and was available for over 2 weeks for people to buy (at a discount and then full price) and play. People should be allowed to be critical of how it's being handled, if they are losing whatever progress they had.
Since this topic is still active I would like to ask, if anyone of you experienced fps issues in the game? I made a post about it (https://www.gog.com/forum/two_point_hospital/really_low_fps_on_big_hospitals) but it seems I am the only one with this issue. Then the problem would be rather my computer than the game.

Sorry for interrupting.

I'm playing the game on what would be considered a potato so I'm not sure my experiences would be representative of an issue with the game itself.
But yes, it does slow down for me the bigger the hospital. Perhaps also the longer I am running the game... or maybe I'm just imagining it...

I have consistently been having corrupted level saves with Melt Downs. Tired of playing, because I cannot really progress without marathoning stars.

Hi, I unlocked that map yesterday.
Right now I only launched the map, got some staff, saved, restarted the game - that save reloaded fine (0.728). I don't really have time to play right now to say anything more (catch me lying later, maybe).

Do your saves get corrupted far into the build? Did you already build Shock Treatment and DNA Lab when they get corrupted? Curious what to watch out for.

PS. Another bug that I noticed is the advisor message box, which sometimes gets bigger (perhaps because of one longer message but then it doesn't go back to its regular size until a restart).

The biggest factor is that if you quit and boot up the game, the level gets corrupted. Not exactly sure what causes the corruption to take root. Mitton University seems fine so far, but my OG playthrough had the university and other levels go bad eventually.

Honestly, I decided to just rollback to the original version of the game. I don't like my game being online, but save corruption is unacceptable.
