Mine is doing the same thing. Reinstalled and restarted, nothing fixing it so far.

Same here. Another game in my GOG library that doesn't work properly...

The new update messed everything up. If some of you still have the offline installer for the old 726 version you can do the following:

(1) Save those two files from the latest (727) Installation:
Two Point Hospital/TPH_Data/Managed/Assembly-CSharp.dll
Two Point Hospital/TPH_Data/Managed/Assembly-CSharp-firstpass.dll
(2) Uninstall Two Point Hospital
(3) Install Old 726 Version
(4) Replace the two files mentioned above

Then the game works as intended. But I think they will fix this pretty fast. If even I can make the game work again, for sure the devs can.

I don't have any idea how Galaxy works, since I don't use it (and cant on Win7) but i've read you could install older versions with galaxy. So maybe many of you can fix the game right now, to have at least some fun on the weekend. I hope it helps!
Same problems here with the new update: no walls, black rooms.
Downgrade to 0.726 in Galaxy, now it works again.
Same here, bought game two days ago. All the savegames are broken, progress locked. Gog, how about test game patches before adding them to galaxy?!?!?
Same issue here:
- no walls
- black rooms
- ALL savegames corrupted

Last played 2 days ago and wanted to get my 3rd star in Flottering.

Who on earth makes a patch/update without testing and deploys it on a weekend?

Same here. Played fine, then after update, you can't load saved games, and if you start over, the walls are missing and some rooms are built "black" and unusable.
Same here. I can't load my current save, nor start a new hospital. Really disappointed.
Sounds like we need to wait for another update. they apparently fixed the overview screen not working but in doing that broke the game completely sadly.
In my case all savegames are working fine, but I can't start game on new patch - I'm stuck on loading screen. Downgrading game version (via gog galaxy) solves the problem.

The GOG-Support answered me and since most of you are probably interested I will just post the answer here:

"Thank you for the update. I have checked the forum for the game as well and I have forwarded the problem to one of my colleagues who will work with the developer to get this sorted once and for all. Unfortunately, I do not know how long this will take but please note that we will ensure that we will do what we can to get this resolved as quickly as possible."

They are on it and I would guess they will fix it pretty soon, since even I managed to get a fully working game myself. The developer answered me as well. Every party is aware of the problem/bug and in contact with each other. No big news, but an update nevertheless.
