No, you don't. It's a 5.7 Mb download to update from 1.32

Maybe there is a patch, if you use Galaxy. I don't (I actually play the game on Linux) and I presume eispfogel doesn't either. There is no patch on our libraries, so in order for non Galaxy users to update the game, the full installer should be downloaded again.

I prefer to download the full installers for backup. I agree that a patch would be much more convenient to update an already installed game though.

You are right, sorry. I didn't think of that scenario and hadn't checked. I download the installers for backup, but only every now and then; and I don't use Galaxy to launch the games, but I usually update through Galaxy so I don't mess up.

Making a patch for Galaxy but not being able to download it for offline installation is an even worse oversight than having to download the full installer in both cases. How does that happen? (honestly asking, I have no idea how GOG handles regular downloads vs Galaxy)

Don't worry, there's no reason to be sorry. :-)

Galaxy checks for file changes and downloads only differences. Source:

Changelog 1.1.19 (October 25th, 2016):
Improvements:
• We have removed download size from Galaxy updater. It showed faulty data, as Galaxy Updater doesn't download > 100mb each time and only downloads differences. It will come back in nearest future, when it will show correct data:)
So, I think there is no patch even for Galaxy, just files (or hashes) on a repository to be compared. GOG or the developers could have built a patch based on those differences though.

70m3kv: Any news on newest patch coming out to GOG?
It seems that we're at the same version as steam : v1.42. Or maybe I've missed something ?
It's been a week since patch 1.43 on Steam came out.
When will Galaxy work good with the game? I must launch the game without Galaxy so it works well.

It should be. No idea why it's taking so long this time around...
