Hello,
because of stupid design - replenish potions only through meditation (i didnt know that), i drop some potions, because i need to replenish them through new creation through Alchemy menu - and them you have 0/x potion in inventory, you cant create new ones .
I think that at least, there should be fixed info message in alchemy menu, if potion count is 0/X - there should be not only - already owned message but.. already owned, replenish through meditation.

So i drop strong Griffin Decoction potion and i not able to replenish it, is in game any way how to regain this potion?
Some trailer, cheat, console command, more that one griffin mutagen from boss, etc?

Yeah that's the potion I use too. :-)

If you dropped it, then the alchemy screen should let you make it again.
Are you saying that the screen won't let you re-make it?
Well, i could make new one, but i need new regent (alchemy element) griffin mutagen, which was consumed during first potion making.

So im stuck until i find and kill new grifin, if is in game more than 1 griffin which dropping this Griffin mutagen item or i bypass this issue through some cheat.

You are talking about the red blue and green mutagens from what I understand.
Those drop from many other creatures, starting around level 10; I believe the game uses a leveled loot list for random stuff.

You should be able to remake it eventually; just keep going until you find what you need.
No, he does not need a generic mutagen, he needs a monster-specific one. I'm not completly sure but I think there are more Griffins in the game (which might drop their mutagen).
You can try to enable the console and give yourself back the mutagen

Here the mod:
http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/28/?

And here a site that hold nearly everything that can be done by the debug commands:
http://www.mmo-game.eu/witcher-3-debug-console-commands/

There are also link for the various pages with the items name, in your case this one:
http://www.mmo-game.eu/witcher-3-miscellaneous-items/

And the mutagen name of the Gryphon is: Gryphon mutagen

I remember to also have found another gryphon later in the game, as i am pretty sure i had found another gryphon mutagen and sold it, but i don't remember where
there is at least one griffing in velen (but high level)
I don't know what he drops though.

Just saying it was clearly stated in the tutorial that the potions regenerate on meditating if you have alcohol. The game told you, its not poor design. What good would ANOTHER message that you won't read do?

Awesome.. now I can get that pesky gwent card that you only get from the White Orchard inn keeper but becomes unavailable after the prologue.. If it wasn't for hard-lockouts like that, I would never consider cheating in a game like this but with design decisions like that.. I can't help but feel cheated out of game content without any warning.

That was a question of mine.
Spoiler ahead.
After the prologue the Innkeeper in White Orchard disappears, so I cannot buy her cards anymore. The Devs should correct this allowing her relative, the merchant, to sell her cards
There's a lot of whining here isn't there? If you miss out on something like a card, you miss out. Try to nab it the next time around. If you can't read when you're prompted with tutorial information because you're lazy or don't have time, there's not a lot anyone here can do for you. Don't confuse your laziness with "stupid design" when it works and tells you HOW it works when you don't feel like paying attention. If you want this game to guide you, explain every single detail in a way a 2 year old would understand, and hold your hand while you go to the bathroom, you're not going to have a pleasant experience with The Witcher 3. Some of us are grateful for a game that isn't dumbed down like most games coming out now.

Also, I sincerely can't comprehend why you dropped it in the first place. If nothing else, the fact that it didn't vanish should have let you know that maybe, just maybe, it would be used for something else. But no, just stupid design, I'm sure.

At what point in the tutorial does it warn you that proceeding further will make an integral NPC disappear from the place they own and work at??

You're taking the complaint out of the context it was intended in so you could troll the forums. Go away.

Sorry, mate, but I don't understand your rant.

About dropping the potions, you are right. It's the player lacking attention.
About the cards of the innkeeper there's no way to know in advance they will disappear. When I make my choices in each dialogue I pay a lot of attention to them. I won't reload to make another choice.
But at the end of the prologue you are forced. If there was the possibility to change the story I'd be with you, but this case is similar to Letho winning after being beaten like hell in TW2
