Here's my suggestions:
1. Fullscreen support for 16:10 resolutions such as 1680x1050 and 1920x1200. I'm actually amazed that the game shipped without it to be honest as they are very common PC resolutions and this game is not a console port (which is the usual reason for only supporting 16:9 resolutions).
2. Allowing individual items of loot to be picked up when using the controller as I only seem to be able to pick up EVERYTHING using X unless I'm missing something.
3. A storage chest in each chapter, with items carried onto the next, to make juggling of inventory items less of a chore. It wouldn't be so bad if you could drop stuff in a specific location and return there to collect it as needed but you can't as items disappear.
4. Allow a higher LOD setting to reduce the visible pop up of small objects and very noticeable LOD switches on rocks. What's the point in having a Far setting if objects change just a few feet in front of Geralt?
5. A 'Delete' option for save games would be very useful!!!
6. Graphics option available from WITHIN the game itself not the launcher with the game automatically restarting as needed (like Codemasters do with their games).
7. A clearer cursor, perhaps a lighter background or a box/glow around the item, in the inventory screens when using the controller as I've lost count of the times I removed an item of clothing instead of equipping a new one because the cursor was in the wrong place.
8. A framerate cap option for 30 fps and 60 fps.
9. A fix for the door glitches. One, is that Geralt does a weird 90 degree fast turn left then right to face forward again upon entering buildings on my system. It doesn't happen everytime but it looks damn strange when it does and initially confused me. Two, is the way NPCs open doors, you can see beyond them but when Geralt tries to follow he's met with a slammed door to the face. How rude!
10. Improved tutorials during the Prologue. Keep the instruction screens visible for longer perhaps even allowing the game to pause so people can read it properly. This is perhaps the most difficult part of the game so it needs to be better structured as far as instructions go IMO.
11. Bring back the Stances for combat.
12. Vibration support for combat when using the controller. Why not, other games use it?
