Couldn't find anything related to it so i am opening a new topic.

Anyone knows what does Iorveth say in his dream(chapter 2 hunting magic quest)? I checked the "elder speech" in witcher wikia but couldn't find most words.
Yeah, I've been curious about this as well. It's the only elvish in the game that's not translated in the captions, which struck me as odd. I tried searching Witcherverse Elvish dictionaries but was only able to translate like, 2 words. "are" and "meet" which isn't exaclty helpful :p

btw. if anyone else wanted a crack at it, the text is:

Esseat'h maonne!
Tall aeste imn pae'donne.
Iluren, meth ilurien!
Feredain oel daommas!

There is some elven not translated when you talk to the elven prisoner in Henselt's camp but I doubt it is as interesting.
Has anyone figured out what he said yet? It's driving me insane not to know.
No idea, I'm still working on the lyrics for track 7 of TW1 OST (also in Elder speak)
I'm also incredibly curious about what he says. They probably left the translation out on purpose, and it's up to the player to figure it out. :P

http://witcher.wikia.com/wiki/Elaine_Ettariel has the ballad translated.

Witcher Wiki has a few of Iorveth's words translated.

cool, thanks :)
from the look of that scene, I think he was thinking of his love. And his love is a really really big wing monster lol

btw, wat the hell would a guy do while smoking and reading poems?

Hehe...! Yeah, the first time you view this dream, it's not certain you've learned all you can about Iorveth. Once you do, however, it becomes clear that he dreams of being 'king' - most likely a tolerant king, but a king nonetheless. And yes, his love for a certain, fiery lady also becomes apparent at some point - which is why I think what he's saying somehow relates to her, and not necessarily the kingdom he's made.
Too bad for him that Saskia states she's not into elves, too bad for Geralt that while she is stating she isn't into elves she makes it clear she'd rather have an elf instead of a human... But our Geralt is no ordinary man and she doesn't say a thing about witchers so maybe..?

Saskia says she's more into dwarves but would be ok with Elves as a comprise! Sooo I don't think Iorveth is out of the picture yet!
I don't know what Iorveth is saying in his dream, but the way I interpreted it, it seems he's simply dreaming about a home of his own and living in peace, rather than living a nomad's life, fighting wars.

I want her to remain untouched forever, for some reason. It's sort of her thing... well, aside from the whole dragon deal.

Same, that's how I took it. It doesn't seem to be a power dream like being a king, he's sat in a comfortable room with a nice fire smoking a pipe in front of good food with a relaxed look on his face. That says to me 'chilling out'.

That's what I understood, too
