ok, I've not finished the game yet (I'm in the chapter 2 as you can see from screenshot), and I'm ok in buying the story of the wild hunt (the "atmospheric phenomena" of Philippa was an interesting theory)... but, really... that's a plane trail!!!!!!!!!

I've seen that before. My theory is that it's just a skybox issue, either from bad clipping, or due to them actually photographing a sky area that had a trail.

Lol...well I'll be. It could be an easter egg guys. they said each chapter had a reference to the modern world.

I think its a nice addition. If its on purpose, its either funny or meant to be a comet/shooting star.

If its not, then its very minor and honestly, who cares.

Nice observation. It does look like an airplane contrail. If that had been known, could have called in an airstrike on the Kayran. : )

Are you kidding ? I've seen some pretty long contrails from those things. I think I have a commercial flight path directly over the house.

I actually posted about this a few days ago. It's also in act III, and more visible. My theory is that it's the same "red comet" that you can see in the sky during the act II battlefield scenes, and my theory after that is that it is actually the Wild Hunt.
