In January 2018, there is no support. You can not wait for the support of achievements, they just scored on it. could at least promise to present it for the franchise's birthday or honestly admit to the fans that there will never be support, so that people will not wait.

Yeah, I don't particularly care about achievements (unless they're in-game stuff) but I've got at least one friend that has played TW2 on Steam because of the lack of cheevos in the GOG version. They should be clear about when (and if) achievements will come to GOG games (it's not just a TW2 issue), because maybe they don't know it, but they're losing sales and users because of that stupid little thing...

in the Steam version of the game, in addition to achievements, there is also a leaderboard with the results in the arena. I can understand that the game is old, and developers do not use the introduction, but this is their store and their game. I returned the money and bought it on Steam.

It's really a nonsense that they are not yet enabled in a game that is practically produced by the sister company, when instead they are perfectly functioning on the store of the opponent's company.

Please, please, add the damned achievements so I can finally play this beautiful game! :D

I know some people question the relevance of achievements - but I like them. And I really don't want to start the Witcher 2 on GOG until they implement the achievements in the game. As many have previously pointed out - the silliness is that the game is produced by a sister company and we know there are already achievements in the Steam version.

Since it seems to be such a no-brainer to implement the achievements and GOG has stubbornly refused, it has made me question if GOG is concerned about their financial future and decided it is not worth their time to support one of their most famous games. In the meantime, I will sadly have to purchase on Steam only.

Now, with the GOG Profiles, the achievements for Witcher 2 are a must have, c'mon!

Every now and then I remember Witcher 2 still doesn't have achievement support on Galaxy. One day perhaps.
