So 1.3.0.4 came out and it looks like they finally got the timing resolved. What would be nice, is to get the GOG version update pushed first and THEN the steam version. Since with GOG we have the choice to not update or turn off auto-updates. But with Steam Updates are required. There is no way to NOT update on Steam. So if GOG was pushed first, then I would just wait until I see the update on Steam.
