Yes, mate, I did, it doesnt say HOW to get a refund, just that they are treated differently to the normal 30 day policy. The game doesnt appear in my list for a normal refund.

F1ach: Yes, mate, I did, it doesnt say HOW to get a refund, just that they are treated differently to the normal 30 day policy. The game doesnt appear in my list for a normal refund.

There is a separate 14-day refund policy for In Development games :)

Yes Judas, I know that mate, but its not redily visible how to go about getting a refund on the ID games....unless Im missing something very obvious :)

Go here: http://www.gog.com/support/contact/my_orders_and_payments select "not applicable' and just state in the subject line "Please refund me for this In Development game" and give some info in the body of the ticket :)
