Steam have had a new patch for over a week now (possibly longer), which features improved mod support.

When are we getting this?

Hopefully they haven't forgotten about us here over at GOG...

Seriously? Four days and not even a single reply from any devs (or other relevant people), let alone the patch over here? Steam has had this for WEEKS now. WEEKS.

If I happen to stumble across an "unofficial copy" before the patch gets here, I'm going to be very, very disappointed...

What the hell GOG? Developers said they have submitted a new patch to you time ago but we still not receiving? What the hell is going on? I just bought this game just now because of SHuniverse mod which requires 2345 patch and GOG doesn't provide it for a month now while steam players already have it. WTF!!! First and the last time I ever bought something apart steam.

I got tired of all of this so I will get refund from GOG and I bought the game from steam. It's 80% discount currently so it's not a big deal

I hate to say it, but I would seriously consider this, except for the fact that I'm pretty sure it's the devs/publishers who are ultimately at fault for not providing the latest updates to GOG yet - at least that's what GOG has claimed in my support ticket.

Having said that, one would think that GOG would chase this kind of thing up a bit more aggressively, since it's obviously hurting their image.

They're busy enough now with selling fashionable-pseudo-retro-pixel-platformer-Win10only-shit to answer your calls.

Seriously? That's a damn shame - had a lot of respect for these guys until their recent GOG-snub.

Oh. Yeah there's definitely been some questionable stuff being hawked from GOG lately, but as long as they continue to also sell stuff I actually like and want to buy there shouldn't be any problems - as long as they hire enough staff to cover everything.

GOG did respond to my support ticket - it's just the follow-up seemed a bit half-assed. From what I can gather from their response, they contacted SNK games, but couldn't find out when the latest patch was coming, so then instead of continuing to pester SNK, they just closed the ticket...??

It's a strange way to respond to a ticket, which could be due to internal GOG systems being a bit dated or something? Either way though, there's no excuse for SNK to screw us like this - it's still on them to provide the patch to GOG before GOG can do anything further, and as far as I'm aware, they still haven't done this.
