Seriously? That's a damn shame - had a lot of respect for these guys until their recent GOG-snub.

Oh. Yeah there's definitely been some questionable stuff being hawked from GOG lately, but as long as they continue to also sell stuff I actually like and want to buy there shouldn't be any problems - as long as they hire enough staff to cover everything.
GOG did respond to my support ticket - it's just the follow-up seemed a bit half-assed. From what I can gather from their response, they contacted SNK games, but couldn't find out when the latest patch was coming, so then instead of continuing to pester SNK, they just closed the ticket...??
It's a strange way to respond to a ticket, which could be due to internal GOG systems being a bit dated or something? Either way though, there's no excuse for SNK to screw us like this - it's still on them to provide the patch to GOG before GOG can do anything further, and as far as I'm aware, they still haven't done this.
