Nice! Thanks for the pointer. After I finish scratching my Battle Brother's itch, I'll return to Solasta and give your content a try.

This disclaimer definitely made me laugh... "* For players of other Vel adventures: combat in Wanderer is normal difficulty when on Authentic -- significantly less hard than prior adventures -- in order to make this accessible beyond an audience of hardcore players."

So, you created an account on gog just so you could advertise your Steam-only mods? I find this sort of advertisement bordering on spam even when it isn't Steam-only, but this is pretty much just spam.

Can't argue with that!

Wait, you mean I can't access this crap to use with my GOG version of the game?

That makes me Hulk Angry. Smash stuff time!

I won't hate on the content creator because he's not exactly making money on this (afaik), but will hate on Steam / Valve for creating a 3rd party content curation system like this. Guess I'll stick to Nexus and other places for accessible content...

Some (very few) games, like the Shadowrun series, are configured on Steam Workshop so that you can download the mods using various 3rd party "workshop downloader" utilities. Solasta is not one of those games. While it's nice that some do support downloading from Steam, I'd really rather see mods on public sites, like Nexus, anyway. Steam specifically encourages the use of closed Workshop in order to force people to use Steam.

Good news... He put his campaign on Nexus too. So no ill will need be sent his way, but he definitely should have pointed us in that direction rather than at Steam.
