Does this come with the Neo Geo roms for the original KOF '98 as well? Many of the other SNK games available on GOG come with roms as well.

I couldn't find any of the usual zipped neogeo roms/bios files within the game's folder, so the original kof98 doesn't seem to be included (unless it's unpacked, renamed and hidden within the rest of game's files).There's no mention of it anywhere on the storepage either. However it would have been a nice bonus for sure.

That's amazing find, I had no idea the original was included!

Now here is the list of files you can sift through and see if it has what you are looking for. Imo they are unpacked, renamed or their file structure is different as I said before, but I don't know as much as you about kof I reckon.

Granted it's steam version, but apart from steam/galaxy librariees and some minor details they are the same.
