Hi,

I'm new to the platform and decided to move to it because I like classic games but mainly because the games are DRM-free.

I'm interested in Rayman Forever game.
But before pulling the trigger, I would like to know more about the in-game music.

I saw in the reviews on the game page that music is missing.

I've also search on the forum and the fix seems to download the music (no so legally) and integrating it manually to the game.

My question is: is this is true or has the game been fixed in the meantime ?

I can see that together with the download, comes the soundtrack and the intro movie. Shall those be manually imported in the game ?

Hello, for what I have read, the reason for some music "missing" is that the forever version didn't have enough space in the cd to fit all the music of the console versions, that's why people adds it manually, in this old post there are links to download the missing songs https://www.gog.com/forum/rayman_series/guide_how_to_install_the_complete_soundtrack
as for the intro video, i can't answer you, sorry, I have been reading these forums since i also plan on buying it, so i also lack some info about al this. Hope this helps and somebody with more information (and the game) can help you better
So there is basically no update on this.

I've however created an item in the "features" wishlist so that at least GOG includes the "ready to go" fixed sountrack as an extra for the game.

I also see that they provide as an extra the "complete soundtrack". Maybe it's possible to recreate the fixed sountrack from there...

Regarding the intro, it's provided as an extra.
Rayman Forever does have an incomplete soundtrack, yes, but that can easily be fixed by following the guide or using the Rayman Control Panel. The intro movie is not included in the game and can't easily be patched in. It never worked that well on the PC version anyway. It is however included as a bonus for buying on GOG, but it's low quality (like it always was on PC).
