It seems unlike QFG2/3, which track Paladin Points (QFG2 behind the scenes and QFG3 in the UI itself), QFG4 bases the abilities strictly on honor.

So how many honor points are required in QFG4 for each of the Paladin abilities?
1) Sense Danger
2) Flaming Sword (combined with a Paladin sword)
3) Honor Shield (combined with a Paladin shield)
4) Healing spell (takes stamina instead of magic points)

Thanks!
Sorry to necro this a few months later, but we did find some info out about it in the Discord server for the QFG Speedrunners. l-w-c was involved in the discussion as well.

This is actually a great question and one with some not-so-clear answers. All the walkthroughs, we've discovered, have different numbers because their paladins imported with different starting honor scores. Your base honor is whatever you import with (if I'm understanding the thread correctly).

Sense Danger, as far as the community can tell, always works no matter what.
Healing seems to be your base honor + 25 points.

Honor Shield appears to be 1 + Honor - Base Honor. This is just a confusing mess.

Flaming Sword is a little... strange. In the code (according to our code guys in our Discord), it looks like it was clearly intended to be 210. But instead, it looks like base honor + 210. This means that someone importing with 200 honor would not be able to obtain Flaming Sword because scores are locked at 400. Kinda janky.

Even then, Honor Shield appears to go away during sleep.

Actually the order is:

1) Flaming Sword
2) Healing spell
3) Sense danger
4) Honor shield

Since most imported paladins aquired all these abilities in QFG3 (except fighter to paladin in QFG3), they are all active except honor shield. Due to a glitch you will have to earn all again in floppy version, but in CD version you earn only sense danger and honor shield. Sense danger (due to a glitch again) works in both versions from the start and you have healing spell in your spells inventory (if you had it when imported). Flaming sword won't work until you find Piotyr's sword in wraith hoard and it works only in CD version. In floppy version there is no flaming animation during fights.

It's very similar to paladin points in QFG3 required to activate certain abilities, but this time calculated through honor points. That means base honor plus honor points (equivavlent to paladin points in QFG3) required for certain abilities. If I remember correctly 10 points for flaming sword, 25 for healing spell, 50 for sense danger and 80 for honor shield.

You can boost honor points by trying to give flowers/candy repetitevly to Rusalka, or by asking Boris about Olga again and again. Probably works when asking Olga about Boris as well.

Thanks for the analysis! It was eventually summed quite thoroughly in questforglory.fandom.com/wiki/Paladin_(skill)#QFG4 for anyone interested.
