I'm a little curious about the skip you found but this is probably not the topic for it.

Honestly, as long as you own the games, you'll probably come back and play them several times. Replayability is pretty high. Four classes means you have four ways to experience the game (with the fifth game's Fighter finally being unique and distinct from Paladin), and on top of that, there's being able to make yourself a hybrid character.
Some people play through the games aiming to max all of their stats and skills. Others go through as minimally as possible. Some do speed runs. Others might spend as much time as the game will allow them to have.
QFG offers you a surprising amount of freedom for an adventure game. And in all honesty, no two playthroughs are truly the same.
