Ok so I did a PM with Xankara trying to find and solve his issue apparently the problem was in the ammon_jerro.ros file missing from his save,if you have the same problem either copy it from act 1 or just start a new character save game and the copy over the file from there into the save file where it is missing :) that should solve it

He needs to look into why the file was lost in the first place or things like this will keep happening.
The 3 most likely.
Not enough free space in your temp directory where the game keeps everything between saves (which by default is on your C: drive)
Check you have enough space, if not free up more or move your temp directory to another drive.

Anti virus software interfering with the game.
Give the game an exception.

Your Username doesn't have permission to Modify files.
Right click on the NWN2 Complete directory Properties > Security 7 check if Users(username-PC\Users) has Full control.
And the same with your Documents\NWN2 folder.
