Multiplayer always gets the back seat.....
Just got my CD-Keys and am happy ;) I requested them on the 12.12.11 and got them today - so well in the 2-3 working days they said they would need to provide them.

Thanks @GoG Team you are awesome!
lol I have the game since march or something.

I requested a key back then, but no luck. Then left for some other games. Now I am back and I want to play multiplayer.

Have sent a new key request message to support. Lets hope this time I will receive my key.
I wrote request to support two days ago, and receive letter with key two hours before.
Quick enough.

I received mine yesterday :)
I click on the link and this is all I get.

Due to the giant wave of traffic that we're currently experiencing, we are having some intermittent issues with the website, including checkout, resetting passwords, forums and support section. Other website issues may arise as well, but most of the time, you can solve them yourself by trying again after a minute or two. We apologize for the inconvenience.
CHECKOUT:

If the checkout page refreshes after you try to process the order, gets stuck until it times out, or doesn't redirect you to PayPal, your credit card or PayPal account will not be charged. This applies to any payment problem that doesn't result in a "There was a problem processing your order" page.

If you don't receive an error message when checking out, you don't need to contact support to fix anything. Just wait a minute or two and try again.
PASSWORD RESET:

If you get a 404 page after using the password reset link, just use the link again after minute or so. It should work eventually.
SUPPORT SECTION, FORUMS AND OTHER ISSUES:

If you're having problems submitting support tickets, using the forums, or accessing any other part of the site, please wait a while and try again. If the problems persist for a longer time, please contact us.

This has gone on for about a week.

Yeah, the GOG team came up with a really effective marketing scheme, and then completely underestimated how effective it would be. Oh well, businesses can't make great decisions all the time.

EDIT: I request my key and got it a few hours later. Awesome!

I'm starting to wonder if there's some kind of specific thing people have to do to get their request routed correctly that isn't explained clearly enough in the instructions.

Also, I'm not sure why GOG hasn't started offering an automated system for this. Oh well.

Hi still waiting fr my cd key it has been 3 days
i sent the form last week and no cd keys yet
7 days and counting guys. Let me know if I did something wrong
Well, it's been three days now and still no key. I'm about to do a chargeback on my Visa and just buy it from Amazon. This is ridiculous.

I apologize for the delay, we had an increased backlog of tickets to get through this week. I do see that my colleague has sent you your keys about three hours before you posted, however. Have you checked your spam/junk folders, just in case?

It was in my spam folder - which is odd since I had the email about the event Thursday in my inbox.

And I apologize for the curt tone I used in my previous post, but if you guys had simply posted a status message somewhere that there were delays I wouldn't have even cared. It would also be nice if it clearly stated you have to email for a multilayer key and what the time frame is to get a key on the purchase page itself.

This..
I was concerned about receiving the key I requested and then read this post. I checked my junk folder and there it was.. Note to others, check your junk folder, it seems that the GOG team sometimes has a lot of tickets to work through and sometimes they don't.. Which likely why some people get their CD key in hours, and others a few days. I did receive mine, in my junk folder, and in a couple of days. Which is all good by me..

Anyways, my thanks to GOG team for helping me play a classic once again.:)
