After buying my copy of Neverwinter nights diamond, I make a request for a cd-key to play online. But the whole experience become really awfull.

1 - Gog.com don't have a correct form to make a formal request to request your cd-key to play online, leaving your confuse to find the correct way looking around to find the correct place to make your request.

2 - I make 3 requests from differents forms, one week ago, because I can't find the correct place to make my request in the correct way. And after a week, no respons from gog.com. I already choose one with the right name of the game and about the problem, but again, no response.

3 - No respons from gog.com about my cd-key in my e-mail box or junk/spam box, but a e-mail with promotion or talking about a new game come rightly and fast <__<

Well, reporting the problem....

Edit: I forget to say: I make a carefull check in my gmail account, and I can't find any signal of the e-mail with the cd-key, inside of the spam box or in any other paste.

Thanks. Today I take a look and finally get my online cd-key :) Thanks :)
Waiting for my CD key. Sent a request. Lets hope it comes in soon.
I Need new cd key please send me ...
Got my CD key thanks.
Also submitted a form on April 19th, 2012. It's now the 26th. A post on the first page says 3 business days. It's... been about 5. Checked GMail's spam folder, no dice. Checked inbox and all folders with rules attached, still no dice.

Any idea on when those will come through?

I see that my colleague sent you the keys on Tuesday, and it doesn't look like the e-mail got bumped back by GMail... I will resend the e-mail in a sec, from a regular GMail account, just in case.

This one came through perfectly! Thank you very much for the quick response. Not sure why it didn't seem to come through when the rest of the GoG e-mails do, but may be something I'll toss at Google's support. Worked like a charm.
I must admit that I'm a little confused. I like GOG, but why don't they just generate my CD-key automatically, like Steam does?
I need a multiplayer cd key please. Also, the drop-down with the whole "I have a problem with.." doesn't exist. If I need to submit a form then can I please get some accurate instructions.
