It's amazing how you went from being excited about NWN Enhanced Edition, to having a personal crusade against NWN:EE and Beamdog, after they shot down your dreams of getting Full Party control in NWN:EE.

...and after being shot down personally by other users on the Beamdog forums for insulting them all over, might I add.

is the enhanced edition based on a newer engine -- i guess bioware ported the NWN engine to directx for Jade Empire - and it was rock stable after that.

the original opengl engine couldnt do occlusion culling - remember playing kotor2 back in 2008.. the engine used to render everything in the viewport .. i could see drops in Nar Shaada on high resolutions in closed rooms.

jade empire on the other hand performed in tight performance bands .. even with those large draw distances...

i already own a physical copy of nwn diamond .. might consider buying the EE if they fix this issue :)

Same engine. It still uses OpenGL, but I think they switched to a newer OGL version.
